| Abstract: | The legalization of the central bank's financial supervision is not only the essential expression of the central bank but also an urgent demand for the steady development of finance in China. From the objective legal environment of central bank supervision, the legal status and supervision system of the central bank should be strengthened in order to cope with the complexity of financial internationalization and various challenges China may confront after entering WTO. |
