| Abstract: | In China,the present judicature independence is far away from real one and still has many gaps which show in the following:people's courts and people's procuratorates can't perform independently their functions and powers;local courts can't really perform their independent functions and powers;judges can't really perform their independent fumctions and powers.In order to realize judicature independence we must reform the present situation. |
