| 摘 要： | 内容提要：本文利用浙江省投入产出表和相关的房地产业统计数据，在定性分析基础上，定量研究了浙江省房地产业的产业功能，否定了房地产业是浙江基础产业、先导产业、主导产业和产出、就业支柱产业的观点，证实了房地产业是浙江财政收入支柱的论断。
