论魏晋时期的“散骑常侍”

"散骑常侍"是发端于秦汉,形成于魏晋时期的一个重要官职。最早是作为内侍官而出现的,其职权经历了一个不断扩大的过程。可以说,对"散骑常侍"的研究是很重要的,然而有关这个官职的几个问题目前并不是很明晰,比如"散骑常侍"的设置及其选任和职权,"散骑常侍"成为加官,员外"散骑常侍"和"通直散骑常侍"的设置等问题,仍有必要做进一步的研究和梳理。
