| 摘 要： | 绩效状况是对学校体育教育目标的验证,通过文献资料分析高校开设社会体育专业的教育目标绩效所包含的内容,运用调查法对河南省10所开设社会体育专业的高校的教育目标实现状况进行研究。结果显示:社会体育专业教育目标的绩效并不理想;毕业生与就职单位需求的人才标准存在偏差,且学校的资源配置不够合理;应根据社会需求调整教育目标,科学整合学校资源,调动师生积极性,量化考核,打造特色社会体育专业。

| Abstract: | Performance is the best validated targets of school physical education, open education objectives of performance analy- sis of social sports professional contains the contents of the through literature, using the survey method that educational performance test in 10 hospitals of Henan Province set up social sports specialty in colleges and universities to achieve its goals. The results showed, in the professional education of social physical education performance standards is not scientific; talent graduates and employer demand there is a deviation, and school resources allocation is not reasonable; according to the needs of society, adjust the education goal, sci- entific integration of school resources, mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students, quantitative assessment, creating characteris- tics of social sports specialty. |
