| 摘 要： | ADR作为一种非诉讼纠纷解决机制,具有低成本、高效率、灵活性、易执行的特点,与诉讼方式并行不悖.在我国经济转型时期,ADR机制有助于实现和谐的市场经济秩序,与经济法纠纷的复合性、新型性、技术性等特征契合,弥补了司法诉讼途径解决经济纠纷的不足,对于完善经济法纠纷解决机制具有重大意义.实践中,仍需解决ADR机制在经济法纠纷解决中的有效性和规范化问题,实现与国家司法权的协调互动.
