| 摘 要： | 鸦片战争后,中国的幕府制度演变到一个新的阶段。尤以曾国藩、李鸿章晚清幕府盛况空前,最具代表性,且较传统幕府相比显现出一些新的特点。曾、李幕府之所以盛况空前,除了当时客观环境条件使然外,还在于曾、李独特的人格魅力、人才理论与实践起主导作用,更在于幕府主宾强烈的变局意识和事功心理。曾、李幕府的崛起极大的影响着晚清社会。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to discuss the characteristics and historical influence of mufus in Late Qing Dynasty with special reference to such advisory bodies as maintained by Zeng Guofan and Li Hongzhang.The author argues that the unprecedented prosperity of mufus was due not only to the social settings in those days but also to the two bigwigs' personal charm and their exceptional respect for talented people.The sudden rise of their mufus had a great impact on the society at that time. |
