Practical Significance of Marx's Lavor Value Theory

Human being's twofold character of labor results in the twofold structure of productive relation. The capitalist relation of production firstly shows in the relationship between goods and currency, and then in the relationship between capitals, that is, the relation of change at unequal value. The nature of socialist productive relation is different from that of capitalist's, but both of them are generally based on the relationship between goods and currency, and they have many common ways and means in the economy's operation. Neither these ways nor means belong to socialism or capitalism exclusively. They serve both capitalism and socialism. Marx's theory of twofold character of labor is the cornerstone and an effective way to analyze both capitalist and socialist relations of production.
