近10年中美关系的回顾与思考

中美关系近10年呈现跌宕起伏、艰难前进的特征。国际格局的变化、台湾问题、意识形态的差异和分歧、贸易和军售以及美国国内党派政治和国会之争都深刻影响着中美关系的进程。中美关系的定位和双方的政策选择取决于现有的国际关系背景,而国家利益是左右双方外交政策的根本因素。因而两国应积极寻找中美利益的契合点,努力造就国家利益的"双赢",这是中美关系较为实际的选择。

The Recall and Reflection of Sino-American Relationship in Recent Ten Years

In recent ten years,Sino-American relationship has experienced ups and downs and developed difficultly. There are many factors which effect the process of sino-American relationship,such as the variation of international pattern,the Taiwang problem, the difference and divergence of ideology, the sino- American trade,the sale of munitions and the American domestic party politics and the scramble of government and the parliament. The orientation of sino-American relationship and the policy adoption of both sides are decided on the background of the existing international relationship,and the national benefit is the essential factor which controls the foreign policy. Thus both countries should seek the common point of the benefit of each actively and strive to gain the "bi-lateral profit". This is the relatively practical choice of sino-American relationship.
