| Abstract: | From the angles of the identification of civil securities, proposition of compensation lawsuit, amount of compensation, this paper makes a comparison between the relevant regulations of the American securities duty and that of China in order to find the weakness of corresponding legislations and help to gradually improve our country's civil securities compensation system concerning false statement. |
