开发陕北绿色食品的前景和对策

本文分析了陕北生产和开发绿色食品的条件并提出了开发绿色食品的对策。认为陕北土地广阔，具有优质的农业自然生态环境，少污染，农业生物资源丰富，是开发绿色食品的理想地区，开发绿色食品前景广阔。目前从中央到地方都十分重视陕北老区的发展，只要抓住西部大开发的历史机遇，充分认识开发绿色食品在区域经济发展中的重要性，在作物生产中科学施肥，严格生产标准，做好示范工作，抓好绿色食品深加工和精加工环节，强化产品销售手段就可使开发绿色食品步入健康的发展轨道。

Prospects and Countermeasures for Green Food Development in North ern Shaanxi

By analysing the current conditions of green food production anddevelopment in the north part of Shaanxi,this paper puts forward proper countermeasuresto green food development in this region. The results show that vast territory, fineagricultural environmental conditions, few pollution, and adequate agricultural re sources are all advantageous to the development of green food and that the exploitation ofgreen food has broad prospects. At present development of the north part of Shaanxi is paidmore attention by the Central Party and the local governments. We can make developmentof green food go on smoothly as long as we can take the chances of the West Exploitation,realise the importance of the green food development in the regional economy growth, applyfer -tilizers scientifically in crop production, do well in demonstration by productioncriteria strictly, pay more attention to the further and fine green food process and solve thesales problem of green food adequately.
