| 摘 要： | 生命权体现着人类的尊严和价值，是人的最基本权利。历史发展到今天，没有一个国家公然反对过生命权，当前在我们很多人热衷于讨论生命权入宪问题时，其实我们对生命权本质内涵的研究还不完善。生命权的本质内涵具有多样性和复杂性，特别是当部分人的生命权与大多数人的生命权发生冲突时，很难通过目前我们对生命权的理论予以解决。文章主要是通过对一个事件的分析来引起人们对生命权本质内涵的再认识。

| Abstract: | The right of life embodies people＇s dignity and value and it is the human＇s basic right. Until now, no country is against it. Currently many people discuss how to make the right of life be written into constitution. In fact the study of the essence and connotation of it is faultiness. Its essence and connotation have variety and. complexity. Especially it is not easy to be solved when the right of life of a small number of people is conflicting with that of a large number of people . This article tries to let us recognize the essence and connotation of the right of life from an affair. |
