对质量管理理念以及具有代表性的ISO9000系列、6σ和CMM等质量管理体系进行了评述,指出虽然这些质量管理体系没有将知识管理的理念有意识地引入,但是它们之中都蕴涵着知识管理的要素.通过总结学术界和企业界在这方面的理论与实践研究成果,指出目前的不足,进一步提出有效的通过质量管理促进组织绩效的关键问题就在于是否明确引入了知识管理的理念和方法,得出有效的质量管理需要与知识管理相结合的结论.

Explore the Theory and Practice of Integrating Quality Management With Knowledge Management

The paper gives comments on some representative quality management systems(such as ISO9000,6sigma and CMM) and quality management ideas.It is concluded that although these quality management systems have not had the sense to introduce the concept of knowledge management,but all of them contain elements of knowledge management.So the paper also provides comprehensive reviews of the theory and practice research achievements about quality management systems in the academic and business communities,points out some insufficiencies in them.Finally it puts forward that the key for quality management to improve organizational performance effectively is whether knowledge management ideas and methods has been introduced into quality management definitely.It also suggests that the deployment of quality management practices is a good approach for the in-depth study of knowledge management.
