市场化改革、政治价值观与城乡居民政治效能感

政治效能感作为一项重要的政治态度,很容易受到来自宏观环境与微观个体特征的影响。基于CGSS2010的数据,文章分析了市场化改革、政治价值观对城乡居民政治效能感的影响。多层线性回归模型的结果表明:第一,市场化对民众内、外在效能感均呈现出明显的减弱作用;第二,权威政治价值观对居民的外在效能感具有显著的正向作用,而民主政治价值观则会同时促进民众的内、外在效能感;第三,随着市场化水平的提高,民主政治价值观对外在效能感的正向影响不断削弱,而权威政治价值观对外在效能感的促进作用没有显著变化。文章最后指出,我国由政府主导的市场化对民主化的作用可能存在限度,进而认为在经济体制转型继续推进的过程中,应切实使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用,以助力城乡居民政治效能感的有效提升。

Marketization Reform,Political Values and Chinese Residents' Political Efficacy

As an important political attitude,the sense of political efficacy is easily influenced by the macro-environment and micro-individual characteristics.Based on the data of CGSS2010,this paper analyzes the influence of Chinese residents'political values and marketization reform on political efficacy.The analysis of the multi-level linear regression model has the following results:firstly,marketization has a significant negative effect on their internal and external political efficacy.Secondly,authoritarian political values have a significant positive effect on their external political efficacy,while democratic political values will promote their internal and external political efficacy simultaneously.Thirdly,with the promotion of marketization,the positive impact of democratic political values on their external political efficacy tends to weaken,while the authoritarian political values have no significant impact on promoting their external political efficacy.The paper finally points out that the marketization led by our government seems to have a limited impact on democratization at this stage.Furthermore,it is believed that in the process of the continuous transformation of the economic system,the market should play a decisive role in the allocation of resources so as to effectively promote their political efficacy.
