我国公共新闻发展的制约因素与突破对策

我国的公共新闻由民生新闻发展而来,在电视节目、报刊栏目、活动策划等方面已有体现。现阶段我国公共新闻发展面临的障碍包括公众对政治事务缺乏热情、传媒环境的诸多限制、媒体经济效益与社会效益之间的矛盾、新闻的时效性与社会问题延续性的矛盾。发展公共新闻,应营造社区文化,提高公众对政治的热情;加强不同形态媒体之间的合作;媒体在讨论中充分发挥组织作用,解决好"3W"问题;媒体及时跟进观点的报道和后续进展。

Constraints and the Breakthrough Countermeasures of the Development of Public Journalism in China

The public journalism in our country based on people＇s livelihood news, and it has some developments on television shows, newspaper columns, activity planning. Nowadays, the public journalism in our country faces some obstacles, such as the lack of enthusiasm for political affairs to the public, limitations of the media environment,contradictions between economic benefit and social benefit, and contradictions between the efficiency of the news and the continuity of social problems. To develop the public journalism, we should create a community culture, and improve the public＇s passion for politics; then strengthen the cooperation among different media; media also need to give full play to the role of organization, and solve ＂3W＂ issues; finally, media must follow up the point of view and subsequent progress timely.
