建设大郑州:实现中原崛起的强力引擎

2003年7月中共河南省委七届五次全会通过的《河南省全面建设小康社会规划纲要》提出,“努力建设大郑州”,“使其成为中原城市群经济隆起带发展的龙头,全省先进制造业和高新技术产业基地、现代服务业中心、现代农业示范区及经济社会的核心增长极”。2005年年初,中共河南省委书记徐光春同志从实现中原崛起的战略高度,提出了“中原崛起看郑州”的论断,并且对提高郑州的发展力、辐射力、带动力、创造力、影响力和凝聚力,进行了精辟的分析。因此,要从更高的站位把握“建设大郑州”,以更宽阔的视野认识“建设大郑州”,用更高的要求思考和运筹“建设大郑州”。

On the Construction of Big Zhengzhou: the Engine to the Prosperity of the Central China

The necessity and significance of "the construction of big Zhengzhou" reflect themselves in the slogans put forward in the construction program of well-to-do society in Henan province approved by the Fifth Session of the Seventh Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party:"strive to construct the big Zhengzhou".In 2005 Xu Guangchun,the secretary of the government committee in Henan province,emphasized the important role of Zhengzhou in the construction of Central China,analyzing the development of Zhengzhou in its influence,creativity,agglomeration,etc..Therefore,it is necessary to reflect and realize "the construction of big Zhengzhou" from deep perspective.
