大学文化内涵的哲学审视

文化是一种社会形态，也是人的生活方式，对于人的存在具有本体的意义。文化内涵包括理念、行为、制度和器物四个层面的要素。在哲学视角观照下，大学文化是大学对社会文化的选择、整理、吸收、升华。并融入学校自身特点与条件形成的文化，是大学人在长期的教育教学实践中共同创造、共同遵循和分享的文化形态。比照文化内涵要素，大学文化由环境、行为、制度、精神文化四个相互联系的层面构成。尽管大学文化中存在着精华与糟粕，但与其他文化相比较，它具有先进性、多元性、创新性、主体性与教育性的基本特征。

Philosophical View of the University Culture Connotation

The culture is one kind of social forms, and is also a person＇s life style. It is of the main body significance for human＇s existence. Cultural connotation involves idea, behavior, system and utensil, the four essential factors. From the philosophical view, the university culture is the culture that the university chooses, reorganizes,absorbs, and sublimates the social cuhure, and integrates with school＇s own characteristics and conditions, and is the cultural form that the university people create, follow and share together in the long-term education practice. According to the essential factors of the cultural connotation, the university culture is made up of environment, behavior, system,spiritual culture, the four mutual connected aspects. Although the university culture has the essence and the dregs,compared with other cultures, it is advanced, diverse, innovative, independent and educational.
