为了提升产品的竞争能力与销售,供应链企业常常进行技术创新与服务努力投入。与此同时,消费者面对市场同质产品,会有参考比较效应,这种效应影响产品的销售,从而影响供应链企业的技术创新与服务努力决策。文章研究考虑参考价格时供应链的技术创新与服务努力决策,分析价格参考效应对技术创新与服务努力的影响,设计收益共享契约协调供应链,利用数值算例验证理论结果。

Decision-making Research of Technological Innovation and Service Efforts in a Supply Chain with Price Reference Effect

In order to improve the competitiveness and sales of products, supply chain enterprises often invest in technological innovation and service efforts. At the same time, consumers facing homogeneous products in the market will have reference effect, and this effect affects the sales of products and thus affects the technological innovation and service effort decision-making of firms in the supply chain. This paper studies the decision-making about technological innovation and service effort in the supply chain with price reference, and analyzes the influence of price reference effect on technological innovation and service efforts. A revenue sharing contract is designed to coordinate the supply chain. Finally, several numerical examples are adopted to verify the theoretical results.
