| 摘 要： | 档案信息的有效传递是档案信息化进程中的重要问题,是使档案信息得以充分利用,使档案事业向更高层次发展的重要保证。本文认为档案信息的有效传递就是要加快档案信息的公布;传递方式要便于用户利用;档案信息的传递内容要深层次揭示;档案信息的传递行为要增强主动性;档案信息传递面向正确的服务对象。

| Abstract: | It is an important question in the process of archi ve s informalization for the effective delivery of archives information, to fully u se archives information. It is an important guarantee to develop further the arc hives undertaking. The author of the article holds that the effective delivery o f archives information means to quicken the announcement of archives information ; the delivery mode being for customers convenience sake; the delivery content o f archives information being to bring to light in deep-going way; the delivery of archives information being active increasingly; the delivery of archives bein g to face the right audiences. |
