A Review of Integrated Activity Curriculums from the International Perspective

In order to adapt to the new centurial requirements, many countries have been reforming their curriculums. There emerges a common tendency curricular integration. The United States, Japan, France, Germany, China's mainland and Taiwan have all set up integrated activity curriculums which are similar to our "Comprehensive Practical Activities". This paper discusses the curriculums of these countries or areas from the four aspects of curriculum, namely, goal, content, implementation and evaluation, providing insight into the development of the current curriculum research.
