| 摘 要： | 为促进经济社会协调和可持续发展,构建和谐温州,推动人口和计生工作加快提升水平,结合温州市经济发展强劲、计划生育工作进展缓慢的实际,在论述新时期温州市加强计划生育利益导向机制建设的重要意义,总结分析该市利益导向机制建设的过程、现状和存在主要问题的基础上,提出了有针对性的对策建议。
