| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对我国房地产业会产生有利影响和严峻挑战。有利影响主要包括扩大市场需求、增加投资能力、完善运行机制、促进产业升级和推动城市化进程 ;面临的挑战主要在于房地产的开发领域、企业实力、中介服务和金融保险业方面。因此我国房地产业在WTO框架下应积极应对 ,例如 ,降低房地产开发成本 ,组建有实力的大型股份制房地产企业 ,实施品牌战略等

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the avail influences and serious challenges of real estate industry of China after she enters the World Trade Organization (WTO).The advandtageous influences mainly includes enlarging the market requirement,increasing the investment capability,perfecting the circulate mechanism,advancing the industry upgrade of real estate and promoting urbanization course.The confronted challenges mainly lie in exploitation domain,enterprise strength,agency services and finance-insurance of real estate.The article produces the countermeasures in WTO frame of Chinese real estate industry according to the situation of our country,for example,reducing developing cost of real estate,constructing great strength joint_stock real estate corporation,and implementing brand_loyalty stratagem. |
