| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济及国际贸易的发展,以我国为进口国的平行进口已经在实践中初见端倪并有扩大发生的趋势,但我国有关商标商品平行进口的法律仍付之阙如。本文拟结合相关案例,就商标商品平行进口中所涉及的法律问题进行分析,并探讨如何在我国构建相应的法律规制。

| Abstract: | With the development of China's economy and intern ational commerce,the parallel importation has arisen at practice,and tends to ex tend.But China has no legislative provisions on it .The author analyses both the legal and illegal aspects about this problem with a relative case,and discusses how to construct corresponding legal norm. |
