| 摘 要： | 结合网络学习的基本特征，同时借鉴国内外学者关于自主学习、元认知的相关研究成果，解析了元认知与自主学习的关系。依托网络信息技术的优势，设计了基于网络的自主学习教学模式。采用独立式和隐嵌式两种元认知策略培训，发展学生的自主学习，建构学生的元认知能力。

| Abstract: | The meta-cognition guarantees the success of the autonomous learning on the Internet.Based on the relationship between the autonomous learning and meta-cognitive theory,this article puts forward an autonomous learning model which employs both detached and embedded strategy training in cultivating the students' autonomous learning habits and constructing meta-cognitive ability to plan,monitor and adjust their study. |
