教学机智在高校思想政治理论课中有效运用的策略

摘    要:教学机智在高校思想政治理论课教学过程中运用不足,表现为重知识目标轻价值目标、不善捕捉教学意外以及教学思辨性不强等现实问题。究其原因,可归结为教师技术化的教学观念,师生教学恐惧的存在以及片面性的教学思维。高校思想政治理论课教学机智有效运用的策略表现为:转变教学观念生成教学机智、发展教学勇气直面教学恐惧、提高表达素养促成教学机智以及教师反思以提升教学机智。

Abstract:Smart teaching is not used sufficiently in the teaching process of Ideological and Political Theory course in colleges. Aims of knowledge have been attached great importance to while aims of value are not. Accident in teaching is overlooked and speculative teaching is very few. The reasons could be summarized as the technicalizing, of eaching thought of teachers fear of teaching between teachers and students exist, etc. Strategy of smart teaching in courses of Ideological and Political Theory in colleges could be: to transform the teaching thought, to create smart teaching, to face the fear directly, to improve teachers' expression ability in class, etc.
