| 摘 要： | 科技期刊的责任编辑是刊物质量的第一把关人,对稿件的选取、审理、加工、整理负全面责任。从政治责任、学术责任、文化积累和传播责任、法律责任、道德责任、编辑加工责任、经济责任等几个方面论述了科技期刊责任编辑的主要责任,并就如何保证责任编辑履行责任提出了几点看法。

| Abstract: | Executive editor is the first person to ensure the quality of science and & technology periodicals,fully responsible for the selection,reading,processing and sorting of contributions.The paper analyzes major responsibilities of an executive editor of science and & technology periodicals from such aspects as politics,academy,cultural accumulation and expansion,law,morality,editing and processing,and economy.The paper also raises some suggestions about how to ensure executive editors to fulfill their duties. |
