| 摘 要： | 信赖利益保护制度在我国建立较晚，法律对其规定总体上显得比较粗糙，无论是理论根基还是立法技术都存在不足之处，导致司法实践困难重重。对此，立法部门可以从调整体例结构、明确适用范围、界定赔偿范围、明确赔偿限定等几个方面予以完善。

| Abstract: | Laws on reliance interest protection starts late in China,and overall,the detailed regulations are rather rough.There are shortcomings in both the theoretical foundation and the legislative techniques,thus the law causes many difficulties in carrying out the justice.To overcome this,the department of legislation should perfect the laws from the perspectives of adjusting the system structure,specifying the applying area,confining the compensation range and limiting the compensation bound. |
