| 摘 要： | 集中供暖方式在给百姓生活带来方便的同时,也产生了收费难、节能降耗难等大多数供暖企业面临的问题。通过调研、分析与论证,对具备条件的地区采用分户供暖和计量收费是解决这些问题的有效途径。
