| 摘 要： | 新中国成立后,宁波市第三产业发展潮起潮落．直至改革开放以来,才得以快速发展;但从总体上观察,仍滞后于全国同类城市的发展水平．因此根据宁波市第三产业普查资料及相关的统计数据为基础,通过对宁波市第三产业发展现状的分析,着眼于早日建城现代化国际港口城市的战略目标,提出若干振兴第三产业的对策与建议,不失为是从一个侧面来补充和细化“以港兴市,以市促港”的战略措施．

| Abstract: | Development of tertiary industries in Ningbo was full of victories and setbacks after the establishment of New China. It is not until China's reform and opening began have the tertiary industries got a chance to develop fast.However,Ningbo, on the whole, still lags behind China's other similar cities in this aspect.Based on the municipal survey of the tertiary industries and other relevant statistics, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how toboom this industry after an analysis of its present situation, hoping to add a bit to the goal of building Ningbo into aninternational modern port city .It might be a devotion from one point to the strategic measures of "developing Ningbo by building large ports, and improving ports with the help of Ningbo". |
