| Abstract: | Labor dispatch system is a new labor employment system to promote more employment,meeting the social needs.Faced with the pressing employment pressure,local governments at all levels in China regard it as an effective channel to solve the employment and propaganda it vigorously."Labor Contract Law" also has made more labor provisions.However,because of different national conditions between our country and the western countries,we should not regulate the labor dispatch loosely;on the contrary,we should strengthen its regulatory system and cultivate the leading role of the government in the labor dispatch. |
