| 摘 要： | 本文对投资银行参与企业并购进行了理论分析和功能阐述,指出投资银行在企业并购中起着不容忽视的作用;同时从经营收入、融资现状、人员素质、业务水平等方面分析了我国投资银行参与企业并购存在的问题,并提出了相应的一些对策建议。
