| 摘 要： | 文章将个体情商理论引入企业管理领域,提出了企业情商概念。企业情商有着不同于个体情商的丰富内涵和鲜明特点。在传统情绪管理存在不足的情况下,企业情商管理对企业有着许多重要作用。企业情商管理的原则和方法尚待探索。
