| 摘 要： | 高职学院学生思想政治工作队伍素质的高低直接关系到高等职业教育的目标能否实现。当前各高职学院的这支队伍还存在诸多问题，而打造一支高素质的学生思想政治工作师资队伍，解决好学生思想政治工作队伍中多重身份融合、工作交叉关系是建设这支队伍的基本方略。

| Abstract: | The quality of ideological and political workers in higher vocational colleges has a close relation with the realization of the higher vocational education goal. At present, there are still many problems in the team. It is the basic strategy to build a high-quality team of the ideological and political teachers to solve the problems of the integration of multiple identities and cross-working relationship at present. |
