| 摘 要： | 薇拉·凯瑟的经典之作《我的安东尼娅》取材于作者的生活经历,讲述的是一群欧洲移民在美国西部艰苦创业的故事.作者认为,移民既要坚守自己的传统文化、发展传统文化,又要形成与适应拓荒文化.二者对美国精神的形成起着重要作用.

| Abstract: | My Antonia,a representative work of Willa Cather, is based on the author＇s own experiences;it tells the pioneering stories of European immigrants in the American West. According to the author, those immigrants have to hold fast to their traditional culture on the one hand, but have to develop the traditional culture on the other hand, so as to form and adjust to pioneering culture, All this plays an important role in the formation of American spirits. |
