| 摘 要： | 由于受政治委托—代理关系中的信息非对称性和政府私利的影响,公共行政的“公共性”服务精神常常在政府过程中被歪曲,进而引发政府信用问题。在入世后的当代中国,政府信用问题愈加突出。本文从政治学的视角,对政府信用问题的发生及表现、构建政府信用的缘由及路径进行了简要分析。

| Abstract: | Due to the imperfect information in the performance of political entrust-agency relation and the influence from governmental interests,the publicity of public administrative service is often distorted in governmental process,leading in turn to governmental credit crisis.After China's entering WTO,the problems seem to be more and more conspicuous.This paper,from politics perspective,makes brief analysis on the causes and manifestation of these problems,the reasons and ways for building government credit. |
