| 摘 要： | 实现农业产业化是进行农业产业结构调整,实现农业现代化,使我省农业与国际接轨的客观要求。黑龙江省在推进农业产业化进程中存在着一些问题与制约因素,要进一步提升农业产业化水平,应主要做好以下几方面工作:调整产业结构,确立主导产业;建立专业化、规模化的商品生产基地;培育和扶持龙头企业;完善市场体系,健全产业化经营机制;加强政府的宏观调控作用。

| Abstract: | Realizing agricultural industrialization is the objective requirement for re-organization of agriculture, agricultural modernization and gearing agriculture of our province into international conventions. There are some problems and factors which restrain the agricultural industrialization of Heilongjiang province, and it is necessary to further enhance agricultural industrialization, so we should adjust industrial structure, establish leading industry, build specialized bases for commodity production with large scale, foster and support leading enterprises, improve market system, strengthen management mechanism of industrialization, and reinforce the macroscopic readjustment and control of government. |
