略论唐宋饮食文化的差异

摘    要:唐宋饮食文化有着许多显著的不同。唐代饮食文化深受游牧民族和异域风情的影响,具有鲜明的“胡化”色彩,宋代饮食文化的“胡化”色彩则大大减弱。唐代饮食文化显得豪迈粗犷,宋代饮食文化则显得细腻精致。唐代饮食文化的贵族化色彩显著,宋代饮食文化的平民化色彩突出。唐代饮食文化的发展基本上局限于自然经济的范畴,而朱代饮食文化中的商品经济因素则显著增多。
