| 摘 要： | 地方高校学报核心竞争力具有独特性、创新性、学术性、持续性和发展性。当前,制约地方高校学报培育核心竞争力的主要因素是管理僵化、稿源欠佳和编校质量不高。因而,地方高校学报要培育核心竞争力,就必须以学科特色和地方特色创品牌;狠抓学报的政治质量、学术质量和出版质量;同时,还要创新学报的办刊模式、管理模式和发行模式。

| Abstract: | The core competitiveness of local colleges is characterized by speciality,innovation,academicality,durative and development.The major factors which are restricting the competitiveness at present are the shortage of excellent contributors and the ossification of management.In order to cultivate the competitiveness,we must not only persist in subject and local characteristics of the journal,strengthen its political,academic,and publishing quality,but also innovate the mode of operation,management and publication. |
