| 摘 要： | 新闻从业人员作为重要的"把关人",在新闻报道的采集阶段、加工阶段和发表阶段都掌握着信息传播的生杀大权.作为向媒介产业源源不断输送新鲜血液的高等院校新闻传播类专业,在信息时代的大环境下如何培养适应社会需求的合格新闻人才,是面临的一项新的课题.本文从新闻把关人理论的角度探讨当前高校新闻人才培养问题,提出高校应强化"通识教育",与新闻单位保持密切联系,加强新闻实践环节,积极培养学生的媒介组织观念和政策观念.
