| 摘 要： | 近年来,研究生招生规模不断扩张,同时国家拨付给研究生培养的教育经费有限,经费短缺制约着我国研究生教育的发展。通过分析研究生全面收费制度的理论和现状研究建立与之配套的保障措施,促使研究生收费体制改革的顺利实施。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the increase of enrollment of postgraduate students,the government allotment is insufficient which hinders the development of postgraduate education.The paper analyzes the related theories and current public situations to find a solution to establish corresponding safeguards,making the reform of postgraduate charging process smooth. |
