洪武时期高丽、李朝与明朝关系探析

明洪武初年,为了防止北元与高丽联手,明太祖朱元璋积极与高丽王朝交往,而高丽王朝面对北元与明朝两大势力一时尚未作出选择,时而对北元、明朝采取双边外交,时而弃明投元,致使两国关系十分紧张。李成桂改国号李氏朝鲜后,两国关系仍没有得到根本改善。直到明成祖朱棣即位,明朝与李朝的关系才走上正常发展的轨道。

The Relationship between the Ming Dynasty and Korea, the Li Dynasty during the Hongwu Period

During the early years of the Hongwu Period in the Ming Dynasty,in order to prevent the alliance between the Northern Yuan and Korea,Zhu Yuanzhang,called reverently Ming Taizu (founder of the Ming Dynasty),adopted an active diplomatic policy towards Korea.However,Korea hesitated to make a choice between the Northern Yuan and the Ming Dynasty--the two powers it had to face.So Korea employed double-dealing tactics and sometimes rejected the Ming Dynasty for the Northern Yuan.Therefore a tense relationship arouse between the two countries.This kind of relationship didn't improve fundamentally even after Li Chenggui changed the title of his reign.It was not until Zhu Li who was reverently called Ming Chengzu came into power that the relationship between the countries had been normalized.
