论网络时代的企业文化创新

摘    要:企业文化在企业的发展过程中具有导向、约束、凝聚、激励和辐射作用,对企业的创新有着双重影响。网络改变了现代企业的生存环境,使企业置身于一个高度开放、复杂多变的环境中。网络环境下企业文化创新具有前瞻性、适应性、吸收性和民族性特点,其内容包括:诚信与民主、学习与创新、竞争与合作、民族性与开放性等相结合的文化因素。

Abstract:The corporation culture has played an important role in corporation's development, such as leading?controlling?combination, encouraging and radiation, which often has dual effects on the corporation innovation. The network changes the existing environment of the contemporary corporation making corporation exist in a highly opening, varying environment. The corporation culture innovation in network environment is characterized by future forward looking, adaptability, absorption and the nationality It is the corporation culture with the combination of trustworthiness and democracy, learning and innovation, competition and cooperation, nationality and opening.
