| Abstract: | Through analyzing current difficulties and problems of surplus labors transfer of Hunan province,we think the whole departments of different leoel governments should enhance spirits, increase input,accerlate building laws, safeguard the benefits of villiage labors abiding by law, further town industrilization, lift labors transtation rate, so as to prompt villiage econoy soicety durable and healthy development. |
