摘    要:劳动法是一门实践性很强的法学课程,因此经世致用理应成为劳动法课堂教学的基本理念。这一基本理念的实现有一定的路径可循:教师必须了解学生的劳动法知识需求、科学编制教学大纲、适当取舍讲授内容、努力收集教学资料、合理运用教学案例以及进行必要的理论讲解。

Abstract:Labor law is a legal course with remarkable practicability. Therefore,practicability is the basic idea of the classroom teaching of Labor Law. The realization of this basic idea depends on a series of methods:teachers must know students' Labor Law knowledge demands,editing a scientific teaching syllabus,choosing and cancelling appropriate teaching contents,making an effort to collect teaching materials,using proper cases and illustrating the important theories.
