基于情景的非常规突发事件应急管理研究——“2009突发事件应急管理论坛”综述

2009年10月19日,电子科技大学经济与管理学院和中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院联合主办的＂2009突发事件应急管理论坛＂在电子科技大学召开。论坛就突发事件应急管理中的＂情景-应对＂、＂应急管理研究的系统性＂和＂资源/信息共享＂等关键问题进行了深入的交流和探讨,对非常规突发事件应急管理工作的开展具有积极的促进作用。

Unconventional Incident Management Research Based on Scenarios——"The First International Forum on Incident Management" (IFIM09) Overview

Jointly organized by School of Management and Economics,University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science,Chinese Academy of Sciences,the First International Forum on Incident Management（IFIM09） was held at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China on October 19,2009.The key issues of the forum——＂scenarios-response＂,＂systematic study of emergency management＂ and ＂resource/information sharing＂ on emergency management were communicated and discussed in-depth by the participating experts and scholars,which played a positive role in promoting the work on unconventional emergency management.
