| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and dwells on the issue of "teaching" and "learning" in college English teaching, points outs that college English educational reforms should be furthered from the five perspectives, namely, pedagogic notion, educational thought, teaching approaches, teaching media and teaching quality management, and therefore achieves the "five shifts " , and ultimately obtains better teaching quality and effect with half effort. |
