| 摘 要： | 上博简《鲁邦大旱》记载了鲁哀公和孔子就旱灾发生的问对,整理者推断大旱发生在鲁哀公十五年,但根据《春秋》的文例,鲁哀公十五年的大雩并不能称之为大旱,事实上利用重言说理是诸子立说的一种形式,不可完全据信。从思想方面分析,简文有违于早期儒家重祭的传统,简文表现的重刑特色和现实主义品格,和春秋时期的礼治思潮不相适应,其思想非第一和第二代儒家所能有,而和《荀子》中荀子后学的著作契合之处最多,简文可能是荀子后学的作品。

| Abstract: | A bamboo text is included in vol.2 of Bamboo Documents of the Chu of Warring States in the collection of the Shanghai Museum.Arrangers of the bamboo think that the terrible drought took place in 480 B.C.I think this conclusion is unbelievable.Analyzing from the thought aspect,it doesn'tagree with the tradition of early Confucianism which paid attention to offering sacrifices to gods.Punishment and morality are held at an important place.The works belong to a junior scholar after Hsun Tzu. |
