| Abstract: | With reference to the employment practice of labor dispatching and in accordance with regulations of labor law, the paper proposes some constructive suggestions to controlling and preventing current risks of labor dispatching employment units, mainly on how to select the labor dispatching agencies, how to standardize the labor-dispatching protocol, how to set the reasonable labor dispatching positions and how to establish a reasonable wage system. |
