摘    要:结合用工单位使用劳务派遣用工的实际,依据现行劳动法律法规之规定,从选择派遣机构、规范派遣协议、合理设置派遣岗位和建立合理薪酬体系等方面对当前劳务派遣机构面临的风险提出控制与防范措施的建议。

Abstract:With reference to the employment practice of labor dispatching and in accordance with regulations of labor law, the paper proposes some constructive suggestions to controlling and preventing current risks of labor dispatching employment units, mainly on how to select the labor dispatching agencies, how to standardize the labor-dispatching protocol, how to set the reasonable labor dispatching positions and how to establish a reasonable wage system.
