| 摘 要： | 资源配置实际上是权利的配置,权利的确定、利益的获得是通过契约制度来得到和保障的,契约制度可以解释资源配置活动的各个方面。市场化资源配置活动实际就是契约性资源配置活动。

| Abstract: | Allocation of resource is actually the allocation of rights.Confirmation of rights and catch of benefits are obtained or guaranteed by the contract. The contractual system can account for all aspects of allocation of resource activity. So market economy allocation of resource is the contractual economy allocation of resource. |
