| 摘 要： | 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定10种(品种)冷地型草坪草的POD同工酶,明确了其酶谱特征及分布,并通过酶谱差异探讨了不同品种在生长发育时期的酶谱变化及种间的亲缘关系与分类的可能性。POD同工酶具多态性,可作为遗传标记用于品种的可靠性鉴定,并可为种属间杂交育种提供依据。

| Abstract: | Ten varieties of turfgrasses were used to carry on polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The chrecteristics and distributions of zymograms show us the variations of isoeinzymes,the blood relationships of turfgrasses and the possibilities of distinguishing .The pleomorphism of isozyme may be used to carry on identification of variaties or distane crossing as a genitical marker. |
